There is one word that sums up this album and these people and that word is FANTASTIC.
I first heard Mary Mary on the box on sky digital when shackles was on the playlist and from the very first time that i heard it i was hooked. it is ione of those songs that grows on you even more every time you hear it. i frequently found myself singing the words or humming the tune whilst working just because it is such an uplifting song.

Mary mary have brought gospel sining to a new level as before it was commonly thoght of as only being sung in choirs but this shows it should be listened to as it is purely magnificant music, it has a real beat and sensational words, to all the songs on the album, not just shackles.

Mary Mary got their name from the bible, as there happen to be two marys in it and their music is very religious.

i did wonder after shackles weather the next single may be a bit a of a dissapointment but i was happily proved wrong. i sings is yet again fantastic and shows just how much talent these two women have.

if you love soulful R n B then this album........MARY MARY THANKFUL is a definate must for you. there are 14 tracks in total, one of which is GOOD TO ME with DESTINY'S CHILD. the last is the well known american hymn wade in the water. the whole album has an uplifting vibe which gets you smilin as you listen which you definately should do!
