My saint bernard Sophia

Advantages: loving gentle protective always eager to please loyal and obedient
Disadvantages: expensive to feed, can have alot of health problems, a very large dog that needs alot of space

All though i only had my saint bernard for 2 years it was the best 2 years of my life. we rescued our saint bernard from someone who had brought her over to cyprus with a male for breeding and showing and could no longer look after her anymore.. i had a call from a friend who had heard about her from another friend and although weary at first i decided to go and see her. so i got the number and arranged a meeting. we went to see her one hot afternoon in the middle of summer here in cyprus in 2007. it was love at first sight. she came calmly over to me, sat in front of me and looked at me with those big beautifull eyes and my heart melted. i said "i will take her" after spending just ten minuites with her and the lady must have thought i was crazy to decide so quickly. but the the lady gave the dog over to me and then we had the big ...

Good old Bernard Matthews

Advantages: Quick and easy to cook
Disadvantages: You will smell of garlic.

Bernard Matthews Mini Kievs are always a favourite in our house, quick and easy to cook, goes with almost anything and my girls love them. ~A Bit of History~ Bernard Matthews has been round since the 1950?s and started with one man just producing turkey eggs, to date they now farm 8 million turkeys every year just in the UK. There first advert was shown on T.V in 1980 and in 1988 Mini Kievs where first introduced to the UK ~What are they~ The are small round balls made out of chopped 100% turkey breast, covered in bread crumbs with a creamy cheese and herb sauce in the centre so when you cut into it the sauce oozes out, delicious. There are moments in 'The Art of Fugue' that are much more valuable than just its incredible virtuosity. There are moments that surpass everything else that Bach wrote. I can't think of anything that moves me more deeply than the last fugue, the unfinished fugue. Not just because of all the emotional, sentimental views that we inevitably bring to it, not because we know that he died while half way through a bar. But because that last fugue has a sense of peace, that even for Bach, seems completely overwhelming.
