Advantages: many diverse musical styles, talented vocals, and wonderful musical arrangement Disadvantages: none, so long as you enjoy choral music.
his first music while still a student, and became a member of the choir. Later,
In 1975, he became the director of music there, directing the choir in a number of recordings and radio and television broadcasts. He stayed until 1979, when he began thinking of putting together his own group of singers, which he did in 1981, The Cambridgesingers, whom he conducts as they perform a wide range of choral music, including many of his own works, which the Cambridgesingers also recorded, under Rutters own record label, Collegium.

Advantages: Hillarious film with Sandler and Barrymore. Disadvantages: None!
This was the first Adam Sandler film I ever watched when it first came out in 1998, I remember my sister having the film on VHS and we used to sit there watching it every time I stayed at her house. And ever since its been my all time favourite film.
The Plot:
The film is about a wedding singer Robbie, who is getting married himself, until his fiance breaks up with him on their wedding day, and dumps him at the alter...or just leaves him standing there more like. Robbie slumps into a deep depression, and even ends up giving up on his job, which he used to love.
Meanwhile, Julie, who Robbie met briefly before his failed wedding. Is engaged to Glenn, is ecstatic when he finally sets a date, and she gets to planning her wedding.
Julie and Robbie's friendship blossoms and Robbie slowly comes back around to weddings ...
Advantages: Funny and lighthearted , great characters Disadvantages: None
In my opinion The Wedding Singer is a fabulous feel good film. I first watched this film back in 1999 when I purchased it on VHS. It was one of my favourite films and more recently I purchased this on DVD so I could watch it again.
The story of The Wedding Singer is based around two main characters. One of these is Robbie Hart who is the best wedding singer in town. He is happy, uplifting and always manages to save the day at weddings even when the best man makes a bit of an incriminating speech or when a teenager has a bit too much wedding champagne. Julia has just moved to the town to be closer to her fiancé Glen. She has got herself a job as a waitress with her cousin Holly at the hall where all the towns' weddings, birthdays etc get put on. This is the same hall where Robbie works. Julia and Robbie soon become friends but Robbie ...
