Advantages: Great Album
Disadvantages: Schools Out Is The Only Song That Really Sticks Out

...This is probably one of Alices most famous albums. The single Schools out was a major chart success in both the states and the united kingdom reaching number one here and staying at number 1 for a total of nine weeks. The album itself is another theme affair based on the school days of Alice and the band. Schools Out is the only song that really stand out here. Public Animal Number Nine is a good piece of punk rock. Street Fight and Gutter Cats & The Jets are both based around the music from Leanard Bersteins West Side Story. All in all a good album but not one of their best and certainly not as good as the albums before and preeceding it.... Read review

Advantages: Music for all ages
Disadvantages: Cool of songs that could have been missed off

...This an absolutely fantastic Cd full of great songs, really gets you dancing round the room with your air guitar whatever your age. There is songs on from most decades and a one all the family will enjoy from young children to the grand parent's (Even those hard to please teenager's). Some of the songs on here include the great title track school of rock and my personal favourite Growing on me by the darkness. It also includes the classic song Under Pressure by David Bowie. It makes me wish that I had a teacher like Jack Black as my music teacher when I was at school. Advantages: kids love it, can't help singing along
Disadvantages: kids want to play it over and over again

...THE HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL SOUNDTRACK .. .. .. .. if you and your kids liked the film the soundtrack is a must. fun music which you can't help but sing along to . no more moaning in the car in the morning going too school as too busy singing and listening , feel good music which is very hard not to like. there are 3 disadvantages (1) the kids keep playing the songs over and over again .(2) the songs just get stuck in your head, (3) the look on the kids faces when their mum start singing the start of something new. this is a good one for young and old alike. would make a great stocking filler this christmas...
