Tiesto In Concert DVD

Advantages: Visual + Audio Showcase of a live session
Disadvantages: Could of been more of the show on the 2nd DVD

What an excellent DVD. Comes in 2 DVD edition, but the 2nd DVD is more the 'Making of' type of thing that you generally get in a 2 DVD set. The first DVD - is the actual show that went on in Gelredome Arnhem on 29/30th October 2004. 25,000 tickets were sold for this show, one of the largest in the world to attend to watch / listen to just 1 single DJ. The actual event itself lasted for approx 8 hours, with a cut down 200 mins on the first DVD of the actual show. If you like DJ Tiesto, then I highly recommend getting this DVD, especially if you have your DVD player linked to your AV Receiver / Surround Sound System, will sound truley amazing. Go and get yourself a copy from your local store. ...

A Scottish Pyramid

Advantages: Blended for use with soft water
Disadvantages: May not be available in other places

Scotland is well known for its Pyramids, in fact in West Lothian we have quite a few, although I admit they are really called ?bings? a result from coal and shale mining, but along the M8 there are art projects including pyramids to brighten up the journey between Edinburgh and Glasgow! Seriously though I?m taking about Scottish Blend pyramid tea bags made especially for soft Scottish water. Serious tea drinkers will know that the same tea bag or leaves tastes differently depending on the area and type of water. I used to love to get home after holidays for a decent cup of tea! I stopped drinking tea with caffeine a couple of years ago but have started to have the odd cup of tea instead of my usual fruit infusions. And as I filled up the Tea caddy with bags I thought I must tell people what Scottish blend is like. My box has ...

Review of Brooke Bond Scottish Blend

Home Of The Scottish Government

Advantages: interesting tour
Disadvantages: a bit boring if you dont like politics

the new parliament was built joining onto the ancient Queensbury house which was first built in 1681 and now houses a memorial to the founder of the present parliament Donald Dewar. The garden room will be familiar to anyone who has seen interviews with politicians on the TV and is also where you enter the main debating chamber. The design of the chamber is spectacular and it was great to see where the action happens, the design reflects the fact that politicians in the parliament are meant to work together rather than the traditional benches at Westminster where opponents face each other in debate. You can also book tickets to watch debates in action. Like many Scots I was delighted when the Scottish Parliament buildings opened, for the first time since 1707 our country had a parliament. I am someone who has a keen interest in Scottish ...
