What can I say - this is the best collection of their work from their early rave influenced prodigy experience to the more modern hard dance. The Prodigy have constantly evolved their music to stay ahead of the times yet stayed true to themselves. Because of the changes in their style the prodigy have stayed at the top of their game and have remained innovative within their field.
This collection pulls the most notable tracks from all their previous albums. You are taken on a random journey throughout the prodigy experience which begins back in 1990 with tracks such as "Charly" and "Out of Space" then moving onto the more hard dance tracks such as "Their Law", "Poison" and my all time dance favourite "No Good (start the dance)". It seemed as the prodigy became better known their style changed and they presented a far more aggressive approach with such songs as "Firestarter", "Breathe" and "Smack my bitch up". Then to bring things back up to date there is a mix from their most recent outing which is probably more a reflection of Liam Howletts genius as opposed to a full on prodgy group production. With "Girls" and "Spitfire" adding to the whole 15 years of work.
This album is a collection of all their work - it differs from all their previous albums simply because it is all their previous albums rolled into one.
The second disc isn't so punchy as it contains a few B tracks from previously released singles but for the true fan it is a great addition and there are some good live tracks.
Disc: 1 1. Firestarter 2. Their Law 3. Breathe 4. Out Of Space 5. Smack My Bitch Up 6. Poison 7. Girls 8. Voodoo People 9. Charly 10. No Good (start the dance) 11. Spitfire 12. Jericho 13. Everybody In the Place 14. One Love 15. Hot Ride 16. Out Of Space (Audio Bullys Remix) (Bonus track)
Disc: 2 1. Razor 2. Back 2 School 3. Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix) 4. Under My Wheels (Remix) 5. No Man Army 6. Molotov Bitch 7. Voodoo Beats 8. The Way It Is (Live Remix) 9. We Are The Ruffest 10. Your Love 11. Spitfire (Live) 12. Their Law (Live) 13. Breathe (Live) 14. Serial Thrilla (Live) 15. Firestarter (Live)
For those who have been fans of the prodigy since their early rave scene days - this is a must have CD which will make you want to dance!!! For those un-familiar with their early work I would recommend this album. You can really appreciate the difference in style as they have evolved through the years - but regardless of the style there is no doubt that it is "The Prodigy" through and through!!

A good start and a nicely presented review. Maybe you could add to it in the future by pressing the edit link on the right hand side of the page as you read your review. What makes this album different than their previous ones? Are there brand new songs that maybe we are unfamiliar with? .Which were your favouroute track one ones you really hated? - I look forward to reading more from you in the future. Fionaxx

I think you could have done with including a lot more information for the higher ratings here. I've written a number of high rated CD reviews so if you're stuck for what to write, feel free to take a look at those for inspiration. Happy to re-rate if you add to this, just put a note in my guestbook to let me know when you're done.
