I am a fan of the counting crows and like all there previous stuff but this is the best yet. Where the other albums have good and bad patches (of atleast one or two songs) this stays good throughout. From the up tempo Hanging Around to the hidden secret track this is pure quality. It has just about everything, from the haunting colorblind to the strange 'Mr Robinsons cadilac dream' to the clever lyrics of 'Mrs Potters Lullaby'. If your already a counting crows fan then it's a must, if not then this may be the one to change your mind.

I luuuurve the C/Crows!! I have seen them twice and they are so fantastic and you are so right about this album! Still love "Anna begins" the most though! They can do no wrong! Shame they haven't got more Radio play over here. The stations only ever seem to play "Mr Jones" once in a blue moon...great track though! cheers for now.

Advantages: Beautiful lyrics, beautiful melodies. Gets right under your skin and into your heart. Disadvantages: Can become sullen and monotone for those who don't like slowpaced songs.
