After reading rumble_g's review I'm at pains to add anything else. I also bought on the strength of Mr. Rock and Roll, not usually a good idea as those who bought Gnarls Barclay will testify!!, and I have to say after 2 months with this album it fails to lose its appeal for me. It's folky, uptempo, and Let's Start A Band always gets the whole household singing. I have a particular affinity with Footballers Wives as the bunch of wasters and celebrity seekers that they are(oops! a little bit too political?) How this talent not even got a mention at the Brits is beyond me when Kate Nash (who I don't mind by the way) and the rest of the Brit School mob take the awards over. Yes I am playing it to death but so what? Buy it you will not regret it

I have to agree with you it truely is a fantastic album and Amy Macdonald is an awsome talent I just feel there is so much more you could have written about it, if you add to this review let me know and I will re-rate
