Album Notes: Umpteenth album from the quintessential queen of country music. After the traditionalist, almost stark bluegrass direction of her last few albums, this sees her heading in a more contemporary direction, collaborating with Keith Urban and Norah Jones and covering 60s pop tracks by the likes of John Lennon and Cat Stevens. The traditionalist element is not gone entirely, however, as evinced by the appearance of Alison Krauss, Nickel Creek and various stars of the Grand Ole Opry.
