The album is highly polished and has an excellent sound quality. The album produces a style that is unique to Michael Jackson which has a great dance atmosphere and has a good blend of percussion and keyboards. Tracks like "Billie Jean" and "Beat It" are part of this influential album.
I love the way Michael Jackson's Thriller captures you into a world of make believe as the music slows down and picks up throughout the album. No two songs are the same. The beat in each song is fantastic giving a good blend of variation throughout the album. There is something catchy and hard to beat about Michael Jackson's Thriller. There is a real texture and substance to the album. The album is zesty and full of life. It is upbeat, intense and rich.
The album combines all music genres into one. There is a good mix of pop, rock, r and b and dance."Wanna Be Startin' is the beginning of the album. The opening track is quite lively. Then followed by two slower songs, "Baby Be Mine" and the Michael Jackson duet with Paul McCartney "The Girl Is Mine". Throughout the album you can hear the vocal ability of Michael Jackson as he sings with ease and skill. If you like Michael Jackson's songs then you will love this album. In fact, this album meets a wide varied taste in music.
Jackson has a tough dark attitude throughout the album and it lives up to the name, Thriller. There is a deep, emotive, intensity that is alive throughout the album whether the songs are fast or slow. Compared with Michael Jackson's other albums there is more feeling, depth and creativity. It is as though Michael Jackson has understood what people want and he really claims this album and all the songs in it. Perhaps you could say that Thriller reflects Michael Jackson's life in its dark, intense culture. Michael Jackson's Thriller showcases his true talent.
Each song is strong and memorable. Michael Jackson wrote the song "Beat It" that had a starring role in this album. The message was that we should turn away from anything violent and avoid the trouble that violence brings. "Billie Jean" was a huge hit single and was based around the experiences that Michael and his brothers had from their girl fans. Janet and LaToya Jackson were backing singers on "Pretty Young Thing"
Michael Jackson's Thriller is an album that is exhilarating to listen to and one cannot predict the direction of the album. It is an album that takes the imagination on a journey. It reflects the growth and change in Jackson from a kid into an adult. It is as about as off the wall as Michael Jackson is himself. Michael Jackson's Thriller shows the music world how the singing voice can be used as a true musical instrument. Michael Jackson sings from the heart and commits himself completely to the album. Michael Jackson claims this album that is full bodied and wholesome.
Some people might be fed up of Michael Jackson and a lot of people dislike Michael Jackson because of some of the stuff he is said to have done. However I don't think you can dispute his talent no matter what he might or might not have done. I think that "Beat It" and "Billie Jean" are probably my favourite songs in the album. "Human Nature" has a good light hearted feeling. It is a quality ballad with a really catchy melody.
Michael Jackson's album Thriller has real character and spirit. Each song has the power to grip you and keep you there. It is gimmicky without being tacky. It has a style and class far out there compared with other songs and albums.
Michael Jackson's Thriller will live as a legend. Any respectable music manager will appreciate the star quality of this album. It is completely individual and unique. It is difficult not to become absorbed in the songs even if you dislike Michael Jackson you cannot deny the musical quality of this album. It delivers a punch with the power of musicality and beat.
Michael Jackson's Thriller offers listeners a taste of rock, pop, funk and a little flavour of everything. It was produced by Quincy Jones and stands as the biggest selling pop record of all time. Michael Jackson's Thriller is truly thrilling.

Advantages: Bangers throughout Disadvantages: Nothing specific
Coming directly off the hype of his breakthrough album ?Off The Wall?, the sixth solo MichaelJackson album was the classic ?Thriller? album in 1982. The biggest-selling album of all-time was, of course the point where the child star had reached superstardom as he came with a record filled with straight bangers (and many which would be cited alter on as classics of the era). It will be known as the greatest record to come from the most iconic name in Pop ever.
1. ?Wanna Be Startin? Somethin??
He gets the album with a banger of a tune to hype everyone up with a funky little jam which really gets people going as he is seen to throw together a killer joint as he sings in a rather ominous and intimidating song (not to be brought back in his until he returned with ?Bad?). It gets him riding some authentic Funk and showing progression from ...
is a bit past his time, although his music will live on forever.
I love all his music, from the Jackson 5 to modern day but I have to say that my favourite album of all time has to be Thriller, and according to the rest of the world, it's their favourite album too as it was and continues to be the best selling album of all time. The album was the sixth album released by MichaelJackson and came out on the 30th November 1982. According to an article I read, Thriller ranked number 20 on Rolling Stone magazine's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list in 2003. I love it because it has such a great mix of songs, from pop, R&B to disco all the songs have you bopping along, singing out loud and there really is something for everyone.
One of my favourite tracks on the album is PYT, Pretty Young Thing with Janet and La Toya singing back up vocals ...
Advantages: Michael Jackson - black and proud. An ace soul/funk/R&B album Disadvantages: Weak, sappy ballads
There's a few artists I've never listened to properly. While Dylan, Mann, Wainwright, Springsteen, Presley and Shatner are all American icons who I've listened to pretty extensively in the past, I've been slack when it comes to exploring musicians like Cash, Jackson, Joplin and Hendrix. As I sat at the DreamDesk? and looked through my music collection, I made the decision that it was high time to start filling the gaps in my musical knowledge before it's too late and I get a job. With only a year to go until that awful day approaches, I quickly grabbed a copy of Thriller and got to listening.
MichaelJackson has a reputation currently as being a creepy manchild who is more likely to be dressing his child up as a lost boy whilst he takes the lead role in a family-only presentation of Peter Pan, but before he turned into the sort of man ...

Principally recorded at Westlake Audio, Los Angeles, California. German import reissue with LP illusion cover. The finest example of perfect disco pop, and a record that should be prescribed to musical snobs and manic depressives. The album is a true ambassador of what pop music can be. Jackson whoops and dances through a suite of unforgettable melodies that should be danced to with a smile on your face. Each track offers at least one musical hook, whether it is the beauty of 'Human Nature' (who can resist the 'dada dada da da da') or the 'whoo whoo' of 'Billie Jean'. It's all too good.
