Advantages: Some early signs that Timbaland is a hit making machine
Disadvantages: Cartoon voice Magoo and a few tracks that are just wrong all wrong

...This is where it all started for Timbaland, his first album where he produced all the tracks and let us into his world. Ok its billed as our world but Magoo is just the front for the mastermind behind the beats. Its a very experimental album which gives you the impression that all this was fun. An album made with your mates and trying to feel out what sounded the best, as the years have gone by his sound has become more and more popular and will always find one of his productions in the charts. As for Magoo, ive never seen him away from Timbaland's side and why would you when you have the voice of a cartoon character. ...Mr Magoo is one of my favourite comedy films, released in 1998, and it?s rare that I will actually find a supposed ?comedy? film funny and worth watching again. It stars Leslie Nelson as the main character of Mr Magoo, of whom, is based on the cartoon character of ?Quincy Magoo?. The film starts with a little opening with this cartoon character before the actors take over. Neilson brings warmth and humour to the character, as well as a tonne if laughs. He plays the part so well! Magoo is a very rich partially blind man who has made his fortune from canned veg. This isn?t a major factor in the film, other than the fact he drives a giant aubergine shaped car! Advantages: More good than bad
Disadvantages: Still some tracks which make you wonder what he was on when putting them together

...The second instalment from Mr Mosely this time excludes the cartoon voice of Magoo and is an improvement from his first album which had hints that the guy could be magic. This has more hints! Released in 98, the majority of tracks are again done with artists within the label but by this time his reputation has increased and the sound is coming through. 2 singles released shows his continued improvement I Get It On - Features Bassey and is a taste of things to come, ok its nowhere near the best track on here but leads you up to the second track which features Nas. To My - As mentioned before Nas adds top lyrics to this tune which again is average but we're getting there.
