I rememder watching the tv series of Button Moon in the 1980's as a child in the mornings on ITV and singing along t the theme tune. "We're off to Button Moon will follow Mr Spoon Button Moon Button Moon." I really liked this programe as a child but it dispeared off our screens without trace. This was proberley due to advancing technogoly and kids wanting better effects on the telly. Button Moon is aimed at the under fives It's written by Ian Allen. The DVD contains 10 diffrent episodes: The Three Pigs Billy Goat's Gruff The Fox and the Hen Scruffy and the bone The Hare and the Tortise Hose on Charlie's nose Plant Doughnut Rag Doll has a cold Mrs Spoon's jumble sale Bobbing Bottle Each episode lasts for about 10 minutes. Trades a very nice story

Advantages: Nicely paced first book of a series
Disadvantages: Not to everyones taste of Genre.

Trading in Danger - Elizabeth Moon. ~ About the Author ~ Elizabeth Moon is a Sci-Fi and Fantasy writer of some considerable note. What makes her writing fairly unique though is the fact she has a military background, attaining the rank of Lieutenant with the US Marine Corps, who she joined in 1968. She is also an experienced paramedic, has at least one degree in History and has been involved in local government at various levels. A lot of her military background comes across in her novels, and Trading in Danger is no exception. ~ The Book ~ This is the first book in a series of 4 (although a 5th is due to be published sometime in early 2008). Secrets Of The Moon - Generic Trash

Advantages: Can be picked up cheap
Disadvantages: Completly generic and boring

Sometime last year I went to see this band live in my local bar, and to thier credit, they put on a killer live show, it is unfortunate for them however, that I am not reviewing thier live show. I am reviewing this rather lame and generic offering in what is becoming an increasingly crowed Black Metal market. These days in metal, too many bands are coming out that are just clones of some bigger band, completley generic and no real talent or drive, I thought Secrets Of The Moon may have been different, but thier album was a let down from start to finish. Badly produced songs (Yeah Black Metal is MEANT to be rought and raw, but there is a fine line) over terrible rasping lyrics that cover topics that every other band has already made several albums about and that most self-respecting BM bands don't even touch.
