BeneFit are arguably my favourite brand of cosmetics, they are fun, up to date and have funky retro packaging which really stand out on the shelves in my local Boots store and look even better on my dressing table on view to everyone.
My latest purchase was Honey Snap Out of It which is a honey and almond scrub for pure exfoliation to keep your skin in tip top condition. It was sold to me by the Cosmetic Assistant on the Benefit counter who said that my skin on my face needed to be exfoliated more than once a week if I wore make-up on a daily basis because I am prone to dry, itchy patches of dry skin around my T-zones and using a simple moisturising cream wasn't as effective as it could be.
This product has been designed so that you can use it on a daily basis because it isn't as harsh on your skin as other exfoliating products ...
Advantages: Good krautrock influenced new wave Disadvantages: Some short and silly tracks
A Trip to Marineville is the SwellMaps debut album released back in 1979, the album is hit and miss but there is underlying geniusness! Whilst tracks like Spitfire Parade and Vertical Slum may show the band in a fast Sex Pistols like style of punk or even pre-punk, plenty of other tracks show a more ...
Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: As good as original brands
Santa bought my four year old the lovely mountain train set made by tesco. He desperately wanted a train set and when we were in Toysrus we would look at the brio sets and then look around the other toys. It was not unitl near to Christmas that I actually decided to look at the price. I was horrified to discover how expensive brio train sets were. I looked in several other shops ELC etc but they too were too expensive. I found a cheap set in ASDA but it did not seem to be compatabile with brio or even near to the quality, so I decided not to buy the train set from there either. When we were shopping in Tescos my son pointed out the train sets and took a real interest in a lovely mpuntain train set which had had a wooden train set, a little bridge, wooden animals, trees, tunnels, trains, carriages, sign and mountains all for £24 ...
