Advantages: Nice thought, initially great --originals-- Disadvantages: Not the LP originals but cover versions, horrible voices and bad sound quality
...Dear Ciao members and Linkin Park fans,
My first Ciao test report ever will be on >Atribute to Linkin Park<, a CD by variousartists which you will find listed below in the track listings.
[Please don't be too hard on my English, as my maternal language is German ^^°
...But let's get back to the report!]
As said in the title, the CD is tributed to the American Nu Metal band Linkin Park which inspired the CD (as all of the tracks are simply cover versions of their own hits, in fact), whereas the band itself was not engaged in the process of CD making (and I'm not even sure whether they are informed about its existence at all...).

Advantages: Recognisable tunes Disadvantages: Neither fish nor foul. Best stick to the original
..., as here, are reproductions of a single album track by track. Their output to date has been both prodigious, varied and at times esoteric with features on such names as Led Zeppelin, Bjork, David Bowie, Madonna and Yanni. At the last count Vitamin Records lists 198 titles!!

They are joined on three tracks variously by Dominic Hradek (cello), Wesley Hredek (violin), Johnny...

Advantages: It has every Maiden classic you can think of! Disadvantages: A few tracks which really shouldn't be on there.

The ablum that fulfilled my dreams was IronMaiden's Best Of The Beast. Tracks have been ripped from the very albums they first appeared on, to this fantastic compilation of Maiden's best eddie tunes. I refer to Eddie of course as a half human, half underworld creature who has taken many forms as IronMaiden's mascot. This includes a WW1 fighter pilot from the cover of "Aces High", a huge god like egyptian statue guarding the pyramids on "Powerslave" and Eddie can also been seen on Maiden's most famous Album "The Number Of The Beast" playing with Satan like a puppet.
Virus: This is an unsual starter to the Album. This could be because it was never on any other albums. Blaze Bayley was around when...
