Advantages: Transformations from bad songs into good songs! Disadvantages: All covers, some good, some bad
For those of you that don't know, The Wildhearts made a fantastic comeback in 2007 with their self-titled album, The Wildhearts, which was probably the best album they have produced in their (approximately) twenty year career. The album had a great fresh new sound and was made up of several classic tracks.
They have followed this up with Stop Us IfYou'veHeardThisOneBefore Vol. 1. This indicates that there could be a Vol. 2 in the future! The album is made up of fifteen cover songs from the band's favourite artists and was released on 19th May 2008. While the album contains no original songs by the band themselves, they have taken some pretty bad songs and turned them into rock classics quite impressively.
The two tracks that stand out the most for me are the amazing transformation of Warren Zevon's Carmelita, which sounds much ...

"Valerie" originally by The Zutons, has been sensationally remastered to feature the sultriness of Amy Winehouse. Her voice, although instantly recognisable, fits the genre snugly, and almost suits her better having a slight indie edge to it.

do it. I also have a black Ganesh tattoo on the bottom of my back.
I?ve got my nose pierced, 3 studs in my right ear and 4 in my left ear (2 at the top and 2 at the bottom).
Having read this back it makes me sound like one of those rough looking people that don?t wash very much but I?m not?I promise!

[6] How much do you love your job on a scale of 0-5
On most days I?d give it a 4. I?m a PhD student in Bristol though please don?t let this conjure up an image of a scrounging student, I do get a wage and I do work at least 9-5, often more. I work on the sheep scab mite (see picture - incase anyone?s interested!) and have even published a paper on this wonderful little bugger. Currently I spend my days measuring various aspects of their anatomy or feeding them different foods and seeing how ...
