When I looked it up on the Boots website I was surprised to see a two-star rating of it. After looking at the customer reviews I found out the reasons it had such a low rating was that the customers were unable to sharpen the pencil without it snapping off. Some people had commented on the fact that it was hard to apply and you had to 'press quite hard on they eye' to get a good result. I didn't have a problem with either of those criteria, so either I got a very good pencil or the other's got a bad batch ...
