Album Notes: Reggae veterans UB40 return with the follow-up to 2005's 'Who You Fighting For'. 'TwentyFourSeven' is vintage UB40; Rootsy reggae grooves with laid back bass lines and an uplifting horn section provide the backing for Ali Campbell's smooth, catchy melodies. Maxi Priest and DJ Rapper Truth feature on 'Dance Until the Morning Light', which contains a Desmond Dekker sample and is included along with 'Lost And Found' as a double A-side single. UB40 sound as fresh and vibrant as they ever did.

Advantages: An excellent listen Disadvantages: None
...I am totally obsessed with UB40 and own nearly all of there albums, this being one of them, if you like reggae and rap this is definately for you. It has a mixture of all their original songs, like red wine and chrieo baby, all the songs are excellent some of them are of UB40 tunes with UB40 rapping over them, I know it sounds tacky but the way it is done is so good, you really need to listen to it, although if you do not own it you may have a job trying to get old of it as I do not think they are sold anymore. Again I can't rave enough about this tape I have even just put it on to listen to. Brings back some memories. One of the best is the song If it happens again with rapping over it....

Advantages: Really good fresh album, great for fans or any pop/reggae fan Disadvantages: None
...I am a long time UB40 fan, I have many albums and have been to several concerts. I like them as they are different, their songs are uplifting and different to the usual poppy love mush or techno garble. Ali Campbell has an amazing voice. The band are musically talented. I got this album as soon as I could!
It is the sort of album where you like one or two on first listen and are soon addicted to most. Ali Campbell is lead vocalist on most of the tracks, but there is some input from other band members and guests. I also believe at least one track (12) is a cover. ALL the songs on this album are pretty darn good. Musically it is a fine album. Here are the tracks-my views in capitals.
1. Who You Fighting For - VERY GOOD SINGLE RELEASE
2. After Tonight -NICE SONG
3. Bling Bling - CATCHY AFTER A FEW LISTENS
4. Plenty More...
