...This CD is probably one of the favourites of my collection, as a self confessed dirty dancing addict it perfectly provides every song in the order they appear in the film. Much better than the original soundtrack which only gave a selection of the songs. This CD is great for reliving the film...If like me you have seen it hundreds of times you can even get friends together and re enact the dance routines for each of the songs. Also perfect for a trivia game I have invented with my friends...play the CD and see who knows what was happening in the film at the time each song was playing. This leads into a perfect excuse (not that one is needed) to watch the film through again just to see who was right and who was wrong. ...This fantastic soundtrack is definately the present for any Dirty Dancing Movie fans! Being a fan of the movie, this CD is perfect as it replays the movie in your mind as you listen to the soundtracks in order. The actual CD cover is great and its like opening a portfolio filled with pictures from the movie, bringing back fond memories. This soundtrack of Dirty Dancing ensures that you do not miss out on any of the songs featured in the film. From my point of view, this CD should be given ten out of ten in terms of quality and quantity. No matter how many times you listen to it, you never get bored as the artists and lyrics are outstanding! Definately value for money and is pure class! ...This album is ideal for those people who want to ease into hip hop gently. The album is perfect for a workout as most of the tracks are high energy with the slower ones to allow you to warm up or down. Each track has it's own special place in the film and when you listen to the album you remember what happened on each part of the film. The best time to play this album is during a girls night in or just before a girls night out, and the album is a good end to watching the film as it means that you can savour every memory of Derek's dancing.
