The sister of Daniel (yes we all know it) has a solo album and looks set to eclipse her brothers star status! Nominated for Best Female at the Brits (even though shes from New Zealand!!!) and critically acclaimed by everyone... is she the female artist of the year?
These Words - Hated hated hated this song at first thought it was rubbish! But now realise like the nation did its a piece of genius. Not quite pop not quite R & B yet really edgy and funky 'These Words' is slick unusual pop, you'll either love or hate.
Single - Yet again urban pop - sounds pretencious but cant describe it any other way! Not as anthemic to single women (or men) as she intended, but it sure is catchy! Very Girl Power lol!
I'm A Bomb - I lurve this song and it should so be a single! This is poppy pop (not cheese) it has electric pulses (everyones in on it) and a catchy chorus. All about a night out basically being fabulous! This song was on repeat on my stereo for about a week. Its superb. This song is what could revive pop!
Unwritten - A fantastic ballad (that you'll have no doubt heard) beautifully worded and beautifully sung. Its not dreary its not whinge and sadness its empowering! I really like this song - ALOT! The vids a bit weird though.
I Bruise Easily - Keeping the ballad theme (would have been a good idea to break them up) this one more biographical than the latter. Its obviously a song close to Natasha's heart... you ca hear it in her voice. The song flows over piano and sorta squelchy sounds and is another triumph. Not sure if would like it if it wasnt Natasha though.
If You're Gonna - Ok is this Pink? Natasha goes rocky! A fusion of rock and slight electro with hard vocals and a hard chorus this song isn't single material but its no album filler and after two ballads makes a diverse change. Like the bit about the 'Diva'.
Silent Movie - Working with Guy Chambers pays off on this song! Starts out like a country song and turns into a Beatles-esque mid tempo anthemic ballad. Personally I think she should have released this rather than I Bruise Easily... yes its that good. Grows on you more and more.
We're All Mad - Not too keen to be honest this is one song that doesnt really stick in your head! Album filler!
Frogs & Princes - I wanna like this song and do to some degree but it lacks something! It could be a grower but I keep skipping it!
Drop Me In The Middle - My fav track, and off this album thats quite difficult! Its fresh and old skool R & B all in one! Then you have the stunning chorus where Natasha's lyrics with the backing music is quite hypnotic. Getting a member of D12 is quite a clever move as sits her back in the Urban catagory, this is a tune and a half! You'll have this on repeat.
Wild Horses - An epic balla, normally I'd switch off but Natasha can do no wrong AGAIN! Whats a major plus with Natasha is her ballads arent samey or you'd just switch off or skip!
The bonus tracks arent amazing but they arent rubbish either. But I'm not a bonus track fan unless its a single between albums! Neither 'Size Matters' (which some people love) or Peace of Me really stand out... but they dont merge into tripe either!
This album gets a good 9/10! Yes some bits arent 'amazing' but the good bits are so good that the weaker songs seem much weaker. Having said that some artists would kill for the weaker tunes like 'We're All Mad' or 'Peace of Me'!
An accomplished debut... cant wait for album two!

"These Words", suggested she's more than just Daniel's little sister, her debut album, Unwritten, is the confirmation. Better still, it proves she's a genuine pop s...
