Karaoke is great fun for all and this Karaoke CD is great for any party or you could use it as a backing track for an audition. The good thing about this CD is that it has a mixture of classic songs from 2001 and if you don't know the words, know need to panic as it comes with all the lyrics! Here is a song list and bit of information about each group and singer! I have tried to provide with as much as I can, hopefully this will help you get a sense of the songs available on the CD. 1.Pure & Simple: This song is a cheesy pop song! Great for a group number! Van Helsing

Advantages: An exciting action score of great power and stature
Disadvantages: The constant action will tire you easily

To respond with the gothic style of the film, composer Alan Silvestri follows suit by creating a heavy-duty action score, utilizing a very large orchestra and chorus with a complex thematic base and a larger than usual percussion section. This is a very noisy score to say the least. From the very start the score opens with a full assault of choral and orchestral might that starts the thematic movement immediately. As mentioned this is a very thematic score. There is barely a moment when there isn't some kind of a theme or motif playing in one form or another under or above the layers of orchestral frenzy. The theme for Van Helsing himself can first be heard in the latter part of the opening track "Transylvania 1887." Twilight various artists

Advantages: appeal to all ages
Disadvantages: few songs are repetitive

The twilight soundtrack is a mix of artists from paramore to muse, Its a mixture of styles, ranging from upbeat, rocky sounds to slow melodic sounds. Some of the songs are very catchy like linkin parks 'Leave out all the rest' and 'decode' by Paramore. Also included in the album is 'Bella's lullaby' by Carter Burwell for all you twi-hard fans! This album (for me) is something i would definitely recommend to buy as it has music for everyones tastes, and is an album for all ages. The one thing that i will point out about this album is sometimes it does have a knack of sounding slightly repetitive, and out of fifteen songs i would recommend twelve out of fifteen that are positively cheerful, singalong songs.
