Advantages: A truly unique addition to anyone's record collection! Disadvantages: Other music might seem a bit, well, dry in comparison.
...Taking the rhythm-heavy jazz punk of fellow Canadians NoMeansNo to a whole different level of weirdness, the now defunct Pigment Vehicle played a truly unique brand of complex, hyperactive punk rock with a heavy dose of funk and psychedelia. On Murder's Only Foreplay, which unfortunately turned out to be their final album, cryptic lyrics that conjure nightmarish images are set against a typically intense, bewildering, yet painstakingly crafted wall of sound. Advantages: Quirky, original & catchy Disadvantages: Raw vocals - odd sound effects
