...I had this album brought for me last summer and i think it is an excellent album, it has a mixture of brilliant old and new songs. there was not one song i didnt like. Its nice how it has old and new songs mixed together instead of just old or just new. whenever i hear a song from the album it reminds me of last summer as i listened to it so much!! id defently reccomend this album to anyone wanting a various artists album to listen to. The cover is also very attractive and eye catching and looks good with my collection!! I also think it is very very good value for money as look at how many different songs you get, plus theres two c.ds!! its a brilliant album! go buy it!!... Read review

Advantages: All the best R'n'B anthems from '04 & '05
Disadvantages: A little dated now

...This is an excellent round up of all the R'n'B smashes of 2004 and 2005 with a few nostalgic classics thrown in for good measure. It covers the slow jams, the dancefloor joints and everything in between from artists as diverse as Wayne Wonder, Lucy Pearl, Kelis and Usher. CD2 also takes us back with classic gems from the likes of D'Angelo (whose 'Brown Sugar' pretty much defined and kick started the neo soul scene), Janet Jackson (with her undeniable classic 'That's The Way Love Goes') and Blackstreet (with club hit 'No Diggity' featuring Dr Dre) This album is the perfect party album and although it avoids raritites, its sound understanding of R'n'B past and present make it a must have for any music lover.... ...I found this CD absolutely excellent! It has a range of different songs which is perfect for someone like me who has a very broad genre, and also means not one person could be disappointed, as it is suitable for all music lovers. It probably is one of the best albums i have bought over the summer and has managed to stay in my cd player for a lot longer than any other cd has managed to do, even though the summer has now gone. It is full of many upbeat songs to get you in the mood for just about anything from dancing to romance and certainly makes a long journey in the car seem a lot more enjoyable! It also makes the weather become a lot more bearable!... Read review
