Vampires starts in the best possible fashion, with perhaps the bands best achievement in Over The Edge, yet they fail to build on the promise of that track. Disgarded are the gothic overtones presented by the opening track and promised by the title; in place of adventure is an easy, though excellently executed, collection of blues-rock tracks which hark back to the bands 1970s influences: Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Free. Hollywood Vampires had the potential to be another Appetite for Destruction a classic within a dead genre, but experimentation was put aside in favour of radio-friendly pop songs and, when the scene collapsed, L.A. Guns were left with nothing for their achievements. ...

L.A. All Day

Advantages: Some big tunes

?Life In L.A.? is a 2009 album from The Game and is hosted by DJ LogiKaL (from Ohio). It finds the DJ compiling works from the Compton, LA rapper from through 2009, including some of his most well-known underground tracks that he has recorded on the lead-up ?The R.E.D. Album?. The short mixtape has features from Jaz-O, Ludacris and Ya Boy. 1. ?Game Speaks? (Intro) 2. ?We Stand Alone? Advantages: Great Game

Name of the game: Gun Platform: PC, also available on PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, Gamecube Genre: Third person shooter My points: 7 Comments: I hadn't played any good cowboy games since.. well, ever and I was eager to try filling my childhood fantasies of being a real cowboy. The game started well. I was taught how to shoot and ride a horse by the tutorial. First thing noticed about shooting though was that you didn't have to be very accurate. As a PC gamer, I've gotten used to having to do pinpoint accuracy when shooting things. In Gun, you only have to shoot 'there abouts'. Clearly a feature for other platforms the game has been released on. So what do you do in Gun? You shoot bad guys. And I mean you really shoot bad guys!
