The way the album has been compiled is good even if it does swing you from happy to sad and back again throughout. You can see why people like Sir Michael Parkinson rave about the album on their radio shows. When I bought this album I was going through a bit of a rough time and this album has helped to buoy my mood and pull me through, if you are going through a similar thing then this could be the album which works for you too.
Starting and ending the album is the track 'Ain't Got No, I Got Life' and it is the perfect choice. By the time I got to the end I felt like I had been on a journey and come out the other end grasping the light I had been searching for.
