Mary Higgins Clark has been described at the Queen of suspense and with this book she does not fail to deliver. Pretend You Don't See Her is a murder mystery book, full of suspense that was published in 1997. Mark Higgins Clark is a US author, born in 1924. According to a biography I read about her, as of 2007 she has written twenty-four suspense novels which have sold over 80 million copies in the United States. Pretend you don't See Her features Lacey Farrell in the main role. She is in real-estate but on one unfortunate day whilst showing a luxurious skyline co-op, she witnesses a murder and actually spies the attacker. She manages to hear the dying words of the victim (Isabelle Waring) who gives her a copy of her dead daughter's journal which she believes hold clues about the killer. Surprise Time with Style

Advantages: Full and fun interactive play
Disadvantages: Figures can be bent easily

The Tweenies have won many awards since it first aired which include Best Pre-School Educational Programme and Best Live Action Pre-School Programme. ****************** LET?S PRETEND ****************** The book is rather large and consists of thick covers and pages, though not thick enough for little hands not to do any damage at all. Although ripping the pages is difficult, bending the pages and also getting hold of the outer layer of the pages and pulling it up is quite easy ? my daughter has proved this, though as I mentioned before, this book may be aimed at slightly older children (though my daughter loves it still). Disadvantages: A few duds. Takes time to appreciate

a single. THE ALBUM The following is a play list of the album and I have added my own personal mark out of five. Lie To Me (2:23) **** We are rushed head long into a raw, guttural uncompromising opening song. The drum and bass backing is harsh and direct. The words are of hurt and betrayal. The chorus is a curious somewhat distorted and repeated single phrase (?If you lie to me again??) which cuts off unexpectedly to silence at the end of the track. Time (3:58) **** To an insistent drum throb, Chrissie sings a laid back languid ballad (the emphasis is on the ?Give Me Some Time?). Her classic vibrato is well to the fore as are her rushes up and down the vocal scale.
