...Probo rob's vanwinkle's (aka vanilla ice's) best effort in the late 90's to get his life back after his career when to a breaking point when he try commiting suicide in 1994,this album ive very unlike his very first album ,the first was hip hop and this album is metal or so called acid rap ,this is a very well made album with some really brill toon's like FU*K ME & S.N.A.R.Y these song's really do stand out jimmy pop (from blood hound gang) also pop's a few lyric's in the album but has this really fake'' i needed a lot of help to make this album to sell '' feel to it,probo because ross robinson produced the album with vanilla ice, these track'sare very heavy and the drum's and guitar's sound twisted and reformed from there original sound. The album never sold as many as it should have due to very poor promotion and distribution... Read review

Advantages: Newly written stuff by Bob Dylan.

...I have been a great fan of Bob Dylan for many years, and have loved all of his work. He has changed his sound, his poetry, and his style many times over, and this album has done exactly that. It sounds different to his other stuff, it sounds like an old country band, but the words are astonishing! Perhaps one of the best albums he's done, and you get the feeling that he feels the same way. Like Salvadore Dali's very last painting before he died, 'The Swallows Tail' is an almost back to basics painting for Dali, but it was done with perfection and class. Bob Dylan's Modern Times is a great example of how somebody has perfected his life as a musician.... Read review

Advantages: Loads of great tracks

...Probably the best Bush album currently available. Quite different to "The Science of Things", this album is slightly more upbeat. The track that everybody will recognise no doubt is "Swallowed" their first big hit. This is a quality track but is matched by others on the album, less well know, including "Personal Holloway", "Communicator" and "Mouth". This should be the starting point of anyone who like some Bush songs but has not yet bough an album. As one of those albums that you can listen to all the way through without skipping any one track it is great value for money.... Read review
