A Review of ROC Facial Cleansing Wipes. I have never before tried any of the ROC products, purely because they are too pricey for me and the brand has not appealed to me. I purchased this particular product from my local Boots store after receiving a coupon for £5 towards branded facial products-including the ROC range.
