From the ashes of X-Stream has arisen Libertysurf! A new ISP formed from the old company & new partners. £20 for a years offpeak connection is in my opinion one of the best available at the moment. Initial sever problems meant passwords/username being ignored and no access to service for 2 days at one point! To make up for this buyers of the CD from Comet were e-mailed with an apology and an extra months free service which to my mind was more than adequate compensation! My experience during the past month or so has been of instant connection and several hours uninterrupted surfing at all times! An occaisional problem with e-mail seems to have been sorted, where I did not recieve mail for days, then like the buses, they all turned up at once, all 30 odd of them :o) The fact you can have numerous e-mail accounts means that my children can have addresses on our website and I can feel secure that I can monitor the messages ensuring no unsavoury content reaches them! (No I'm not nosey! When they're older they can have their own account)
