Album Notes: With the follow-up to his fairly straightforward 1982 self-titled jazz-pop debut, singer Bobby McFerrin stunned listeners by issuing a truly \"solo\" album, a live recording that features only his remarkable, octave-jumping vocals (with no overdubbed tracks or other production tricks). Not only is THE VOICE a landmark jazz release, it reveals the wide scope of McFerrin's artistic range, with the performer offering up wildly inventive versions of the Beatles \"Blackbird,\" James Brown's \"I Feel Good,\" and Duke Ellington's \"Take the A-Train\" (here titled simply \"A-Train\").
...Slow Down...this mid-tempo track was Bobby's debut single and is truly amazing. It's a good song to really chill to and enjoy.
Give Me A Chance...featuring Ludacris. This song has a good beat to it and the flute that features sounds really good, very different. Ludacris as always, sounds amazing and really makes this song.
Never Lonely...Another mid-tempo track. I like this song, Bobby really lets go in this song with his voice. He has a truly lovely voice.
Tell Me...A mid-tempo track again which always has me singing along to. A good song to bop your head to...haha
My Angel (Never Leave you)...I LOVE this song. A good beat, good lyrics, amazing vocals from Bobby. this has to be my fave song on the album. It's a catchy track.
Want You To Know Me...Another slowy with a catchy chorus. I really like this track. I love all...

.... There is bond to be something for everyone on this album what with the combination of voice and music.
Each track is different yet easily flowing from the next. I could sit here and try to describe the in depth lyrical genius that each is song but they are all really good and I have nothing bad to say about this album whatsoever. For the people that are really sure they don't like Hip Hop or Rap I would really stay clear, if you fancy broadening your horizons, broaden this way! All Hip Hop fans should know of this album and if not get it now! 10/10 for Rza's Bobby Digital.
Thanks for reading xxx...

Advantages: Excellent variety, smooth lyrics and vocals Disadvantages: None
...Bobby Valentinos debut album is a masterpiece. He has undoubtedly succeeded where the likes of Omarion (B2K) etc have failed. The overall feel of the album is a smooth soulful affair which has you up and down through the emotional rollercoaster that the songs travel. There are ever present 'Interludes' that so many artist insist on so I will skip these and go through each track.
Intro Interlude
Track 2: Slow Down.
This is the first single from thr album and well worth buying the album alone. The tune is highly infectious and not in an annoying way. I have tipped this to be Number 1 in thr charts to all my friend and finally they are starting to listen. The geniune emotion in BVs voice is the thing that sets him apart from alot of thr other R&B artists.
Track 3: Give me a Chance
This track features the highly talented...
