This is a WWE theme album, providing remixes and original tracks for the most popular wresters at the time. The album was released at the end of the 'Attitude' era as WCW ad ECW characters began to invade the Federation, about the time "WWF SmackDown: Just Bring It" was released, this was a classic period of time for the corporation so this bring back many good memories of the WWF in its greater years.
The LP is mainly composed of rock and rapcore artist which usually I do not tend to enjoy however, as it bring me many memories i find it hard to dislike.
1. Game - Drowning Pool (Triple H)
**One Star**
This is a metal track top get us started, it wasn't one of the ones Trips used in his career if I'm thinking correctly, this may have been the period when he was out with that quad injury, which is why it wasn't used. This was pure metal, something I don't like so I couldn't get into it.
2. Legs - Kid Rock (Stacy Keibler)
**Two Stars**
This is a very suitable song to be connected with Stacy Keibler for obvious reasons. This Kid Rock cover of a song by ZZ Top isn't in my genre. Some may enjoy this rock track with a heavy beat.
3. Young Grow Old - Creed
**One Star**
This is one of two addition track not connected to any particular superstar. It is another song which I didn't like, all placed together, however after this it does dramatically imprvoe before i decide not to listen to it anymore.
4. Glass Shatters - Disturbed (Stone Cold Steve Austin)
**Five Stars**
How can you dislike this one, it is a remix of the original theme for Steve Austin with lyrics and a beat which is far more hard-hittng than before.
5. Rollin' (Dead Man mix) - Limp Bizkit (Undertaker)
**Five Stars**
There is no difference from the original "Rollin'" track, apart from at the beginning it has footsteps and 'Taker eerily saying "Dead man walking" before going into one of my favourite rap metal tunes of all time. This is a rock song with a dance to it, a minority, which gives it appeal to people like me who have to have some dance potential to get into it.
6. Whatever - Our Lady Peace (Chris Benoit)
**One Star**
I won't get into anything connected to him. I didn't enjoy this song.
7. Never Gonna Stop (The Black Cat Crossing Mix) - Rob Zombie (Edge)
**Five Stars**
This was the tune used for when Edge was the most popular, many will not remember this as throughout most of his career he has heel. This brings back many happy memoried of when i highly enjoyed watching wrestling.
8. One Of A Kind - Breaking Point (Rob Van Dam)
**Four Stars**
This was then a new wrestle in my eyes, I had never watched ECW, his theme is very memorable and one I recommend you listn to, it is a rough track with some hard percussion, I liked it a lot.
9. Beautiful People (WWF Remix) - Marilyn Manson (SmackDown!)
**Four Stars**
There is little change from his intial recording of the dark song. I enjoyed this a lot despite the fact I din't think I would ever be able to say I liked a Manson record. "Beautiful people" fits in well with the wrestling scene and is a good inclusion, as it was the SmackDown theme it had to go in this album.
As the song for the leading WWF show, this one had to be catchy, that is something I highly agree to. This stayed around the WWE for a few years so it was definately liked by the fans including me.
11. Break The Walls Down - Sevendust (Chris Jericho)
**Three Stars**
This is a remix to the first Y2K soundtrack, I didn't like it as much as the oringinal, however it was a good one. I don't believe Jericho ever used this so it doesn't stay with me in my memories of that wrestler. I though at the beggining it was builiding up to a great break-down, hence "Break The Walls Down" however this never happened, contrasting the purpose, this track was intended to serve.
12. Turn The Tables - Saliva (The Dudley Boyz)
**Three Stars**
Here is one of the better Dudley themes, this reflected fully with the thing that comes to your head when you think of the Dudley Boyz -tables.
13. Live For The Moment - Monster Magnet (Hardy Boyz)
**Three Stars**
This is a song which was used when Matt went into his V1 phase along with his Mattitude Follwers (MFers), rather than its purpose back when this was created, as it was intended for the tag team, before the brothers were abruptly drafted in different directions. I can vividly remember this one and I would diss it at all, its nice and funky.
14. End Of Everything - Stereomud (Raven)
**Three Stars**
This fits in with Raven's character, very dark and alternative, he used this on as well. I didn' really like it but I was glad to see that it was included to add to my collection of retro WWF songs.
15. Ride Of Your Life - Neurotica
**One Star**
This is the second additional song, I feel that this one was not required at all because I didn't enjoy it, it was very energetic but not my cup of tea.
16. Just Another Victim - Cypress Hill (Tazz)
**Four Stars**
Using Tazz's catch-phrase of the time before he gave up the action, the West Coast Hip Hop crew, bring a remixed version of the theme which Tazz came into the WWF with. It is much like the original with the first version but with lyrics about the superstar "From the streets of Brooklyn"
17. No Chance - Dope (Vince McMahon)
**Two Stars**
As the soundtrack to the chairman of the Federation this had to be appropriate to Vince McMahon and how he was, authoritive, this track certainly conveys this message, however this is not one which I ever liked and as it is still used it annoys me now. THis is a slighlty differnt version, more hardcore, but its more for people into rock in my opinion.
18. Lovefurypassionenergy - Boy Hits Car (Lita)
**Three Stars**
Really what kind of name is 'Boy Hits Car'. This was one of the better tracks used for the female perforemers, it has more attitude and so it fits in far more than the alternatives, it was a nice inclusion.
This compilation of some WWF superstars themes provides many memories for those who were there for the Attitude era of the Federation, if not there isn't much point in getting this also if you are not a wrestling fan ,stay away. The selection of tracks is poor and there is little variation in the style despite it all being performed by separate artists.

As I hate Wrestling, I can't think of anything I would like less than this. Having said that, this was an exceptional review and I have to give credit for that. E
