Avenged Sevenfold, also known as A7X, is probably their best album. I must admit i'm not too much of a fan of them now but they all certianly know how to play their instruments with speed and talent. Their music is definately unique and doesn't sound like anything else I've heard. If you want to check out another one of their albums, which sounds a bit more mixed, try City of Evil.
The track list is, 1. Waking the Fallen, 2. Unholy Confessions (without a doubt an explosive song on the album with a catchy riff. 3. Chapter 4, 4. Remenisions, 5. Desperate Through Reverence, 6. Eternal Rest, 7. Second Heartbeat, 8. Radiant Eclipse, 9. I Won't See You Tonight (part 1) which leads on to. 10. I Won't See You Tonight (part 2) 11. Clairvoyant Disease (probably another one of their best songs), and 12. And All Things Will End (to top it off my most favourite song on the aalbum, as it is really catchy, heavy and melodic.
If you read Kerrang you will see that in past issues they have been looked at alot, as well as Metal Hammer the magazine talking about them. They have presented posters, of A7X, each member is unique in their own way, whether it be visually or musically.
Must say that Zacky Vengeance (left handed guitarist) has his own style and makes lots of people look up to him as an idol. You have to give them a listen if you are fans of Atreyu or Killswitch Engage.
Metal !!
