This is another great album from the 4 Irish men. It is titled Back Home. There are 12 tracks on this CD:- 1 - Home - This is a beautiful ballard from the group which you will have probably have heard on the radio or advertised on the TV when the adverts for this album appears. It has a lovely tune and is very easy listening. 2 - Us against the world - This is another ballard but has a different edge to it from their usual ballards. The tune is very catchy and the song has great words. More upbeat than some of the songhs on the album. There is a very catchy chorus which is very easy to pick up so you will soon be singing along! 3 - Something right - This song has a lovely tune which makes easy listening. IN MY BACK YARD SNOW STARTS PLAY

Advantages: Neighbours & Strangers Talk. A Day Off Work. Fun In The Snow.
Disadvantages: I hate snow! I Pay For Lunch. No Busses Running.

life can continue as normal. I do have to add the caveat here, that the area of Poland from which Adrianna comes is very flat compared to the extremely hilly topography of Brighton and its environs. Secondarily, an accumulation of between six and eight inches of snow, particularly falling on a Sunday night, is going to disrupt the transport infrastructure wherever it should occur. Review of My Back Yard

Ray Charles on my mind

Advantages: Superb performance by Jamie Foxx
Disadvantages: Long and dull at times

manages to imitate this perfectly, as well as the facial expressions. However, his skills go further than just looking like Ray Charles; I was completely convinced for the course of the film that he was Ray Charles - it really is a performance that drags the viewer in. Foxx really came up trumps when he had to portray Ray on drugs and Ray in rehab - those scenes are the most poignant of the whole film. There has been some criticism of Foxx for not having sung the songs himself - unlike Joaquin Pheonix in Walk the Line with much success - personally, I don't think this is at all important, because the chances of finding someone who sings as well as Ray Charles are not high and I would far rather have listened to the real thing. Jamie Foxx fills the screen to such an extent that few of the other characters really get a look in. Two actresses ...
