Tracks
Ashes 5/5
This track has an immense start to it, some brilliant drumming and the vocals are amazing. Ivan has a brilliant voice and it clearly shows in this track, deffinatley one you might want to check out. The track is roughly 4 mins of pure awesomeness.
The Way Of The Fist 5/5
This track is excellent, it has great lead guitars in it and a brilliant video. Vocals again are excellent the alent of this band really shine in this track. A beat that gets your head nodding and foot tapping it is clear it does not dissapoint.
Salvation 5/5
This track is ace! its got a superb bass line to it which if you heard it live...you would have the urge to mosh =] The chorus really brings the umph to this track and the pace does too.
The Bleeding 5/5
In my oppinion best track on the album, its one everyone knows, well everyone who watches Scuzz alot anyway. A brill rhythm with a tremedous beat keeps you hooked and i find that the track isnt all that long, it feels like it ends just after it starts, but it is actually roughly five minuets long. Set the lyrics apart from the music and you get an awesome poem.
A Place To Die 5/5
I think this track would be great on guitar hero. It has one of those rhythms that just blow you away. The riff about 01:35 in is amazing! It gets you on the edge of your seat (if sitting down) or on your toes. This track is one i would totally reccomend you listen to if you want to get this album, it is a prime example of Five Finger Death Punch's Awesomeness.
The Devils Own 5/5
This is an immense track with a brilliant bass line, and tempo, lyrics and vocals are great. Drumming is like wow! and im going to learn this on guitar. The rhythm seems quite simple but it has a knock on efferct to the max.
White Knuckles 5/5
Another track that i reckon would be good on guitar hero, it just has one of those rhythms to it that would be great to play. Vocals and lyrics are like brilliant! this is one that is easy to memorise and The riff just sends you into 'shock' as my dad calls it, its a long story.
Cant Heal You 5/5
Heavy track to begin with but when the vox start it lightens a tad, it has a brilliant set of guitarring (including bass) and the drums are excellent and it just goes to show not all new bands are total crap.
Before Dishonour 4/5
The start of this track is amazing and really grabs your attention, it then picks up the tempo going into a more Metal field. The vocals show effort and my ears hear effort 110% of it.
Meet The Monster 5/5
What a brilliant way to end the album, if i must say so myslef, you are left wanting more and wondering if their next album is going to be better the same or worse. The beat and rhythm mesh well and the vocals are like the cherry ontop of an iced bun...lovely =]
I totally reccomend this album to anyone i think it is brilliant and it does not dissapoint.
