Advantages: Intensly fast double bass pedals and insane guitar riffs and solos Disadvantages: Some of the screaming by Matt Heafy is slightly amatuer but is still very effective
...The debut album by americas' hottest new metal band should definately be in everyones' record collection.
Matt Heafy, (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Corey Beaulieu (Guitars, Vocals),Travis Smith (Drums), and Paolo Gregoletto (Bass, Vocals) make up this four piece metal group. They are one of the hottest new metal bands and have proven this with their amazing debut album "Ember to Inferno".
It is a metal masterpiece with songs ranging from the intensely fast riffs and drumming of their title track "Ember to Inferno" to the slow but melodically brilliant "A View of burning Empires".
This album is metal at its best with fresh, original metal talent hard to come about these days, this debut album certainly shows that it is possible to be brilliant from the start.

Advantages: Great new single Disadvantages: Sounds simalar to the bangles but isn't as good

Advantages: Absolutely amazing music Disadvantages: lol.....

Then it speeds up with System and Drifter, containing hasty drum and guitar work characteristic of In Flames.
Slowing down a little with Trigger, one of the more well-known In Flames songs, with a sort of spooky loud chorus.
Cloud Connected is one of those epic songs, you just can't get the tune out of your head however hard you try.
Transparent combines a large range of varied vocals by Anders for that hypnotic effect we've heard so many times from him.
Now you get the quiet, calmer track that you always seem to get in every In Flames album, Dawn...
