Advantages: Good songs, catchy music Disadvantages: Very dated now, can show your age.

I am not going to go into the details of every track, as I do not see the point. If you own tbe album then you will have your own favourites and if you don’t then you can count the ones I miss out as “fillers” padding out the singles they did release.
“Manic Monday” still comes to mind some Monday mornings when I cant prize myself out of bed to get to work and would give my right leg for another 15 mins in the warmth before I have to get up. It opens,
“6 o’clock already I was just in the middle of a dream, I was kissing...

...to make the leap and actually buy a Pulp CD. Different Class was priced at £2.99, for heaven's sake. (And, the good news, it still is! Quick, buy, now! Well okay, you can read the rest of my review first.)
I put the CD into my stereo, still reeling from the bargainosity of the album, and applying that 'well-even-if-i-don't-like-it-it-will-still-look-good-in-my-cd-rack-and-make-my-musical-taste-seem-more-impressive-to-visitors' theory to my purchase. I lay on my bed and I listened to it for a while.

It bloody works, anyway...

Advantages: Beginning of a legend Disadvantages: Not the greatest production
..., Morrissey is on top form here. A marvellous track packed with hooks.
"The good life is out there somewhere, so stay on my arm you little charmer"
9) 'Whatdifference does it make?'
My personal favourite, a marvellously dark, fast and pulsating guitar melody and solid drumwork has Morrissey sounding more ominous than on any other part of the album. A great track all round, but Marr is the star here without doubt on this hit single.
"But now you start to recoil, heavy words are so lightly thrown. But still i'd leap in front of a flying bullet for you"
10) 'I don't owe you anything'
We slow right down here for this charming croonfest. Not the best track on show, but uniquely lovely.
11) 'Suffer little children'
Incredibly morbid and melancholy track about the Moors murders, namechecking Myra Hindley, it is unsettling...
