In the first of these chapters the idea of the flower is introduced. This is basically a mind map (for want of a better word) that will help you figure out what your dream job really is. What is your hair worth?!

Advantages: Manages all styles, Fast Heating up, Stylish.
Disadvantages: No Heat Settings, Pricey

My sister got these GHD's for christmas. Since then I have used them when I have been home from University and have found that they are an excellent pair of straighteners. They straighten your hair no matter what type of hair you have: Tight Curls, Slightly Curly or Wavey. They're also brilliant at other things such as curling, or flicking your hair out or under. You hair also stays straight/curly for a lot longer than they would with other straighteners. The plates are solid ceramic and smooth. They heat up within 20 seconds and beep when you turn them on and also when they are ready to use. They are extremely hot so I would definately recommend using some hair protection before and during use. One of the disadvantages if these straighteners is that there is no heat settings.
