Is Stephanie McIntosh on her way Down Under?

Advantages: Some Strong Tracks / Catchy Tunes /
Disadvantages: Lack of Originality / Only 1 song written by herself / No Diversity between tracks

Released yesterday (20/08/07), Tightrope is Stephanie McIntosh?s debut album release and although topping the Australian charts at number 4 achieving Gold status in weeks and reaching number 11 on the UK Pre-order charts, is Tightrope ready to take on the UK charts by storm or simply flopping dismally. **WHO IS STEPHANIE MCINTOSH? ** Born in July 1985, Miss McIntosh is best known for her character portrayal ?Sky Mangel? in hit Aussie soap Neighbours, which she played for four years. Following in the footsteps of other Neighbours stars such as Kylie Minogue and Holly Valance and in Brother Jason Donovan, McIntosh decided to take on the world with music early in 2006. This is her debut album signed by Universal Productions based in Australia; McIntosh obviously has her goals set high as she has a 5 Album contract with Universal ...

Review of Tightrope - Stephanie McIntosh

Big McIntosh a Disapointment?

Advantages: Build quality
Disadvantages: Poor sound performance at this price level

In the interests of disclosure, I used to sell these products! Well, where do you start with a McIntosh? Build quality, I guess. Bomb-proof is probably the best way of putting it! Built like a tank would be another way. Yes 'Mac's' are very solid and reliability is second to none. Looks, well beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder with this one. You either love it loath it. In use, the Mac is simple. All the main controls are on the front and disc level functions are all available from the slightly tacky (somewhat cheap feeling) remote. It has all the sound and video outputs you could need - it only plays standard (not Hi-Def) DVD's so no HDMI video output is necessary. Video performance is fairly good, but the difficulty of doing A-B comparisons of video performance are huge. Setting up 2 inputs of any display device to ...

Not to be E-Missed!

Advantages: Wonderfully intricate and intriguing
Disadvantages: Good enough to not need the cliffhanger ending

their authority as she hates what the harem stands for and what may happen to her. This rebellion has already caused the death of Spur Lazar, the head of the Zar's military. However, all is not as it seems. Pez, the Zar's dwarf clown believes that Ana is the human incarnation of the Goddess Lyana, who appears every now and again to fight the demon Maliz. The demon has taken up residence in the body of the Grand Vizier Tariq and both he and the Valide are out to cause harm to odalisque Ana, one to maintain the power of the Gods and one to maintain her own power within the harem. Yet there is more, as the neighbouring province of Galinsea is out to declare war, as Spur Lazar was important to them for reasons that are only now becoming clear. It is to McIntosh's credit that every time I tried to think how I could explain the story I got ...
