I used this product a short while ago after I noticed that my kitchen sink had become blocked, and the water was not draining away, just sitting in the sink - minging. Now, looking on the shelves I noticed how ridiculously over priced these types of products were, and there is always the risk that the won't work anyway. This product cost around £3 and was one of the cheapest available.
The bottle recommended that the whole lot is used in the application. Bearing in mind the price (and how useful it may be to have some of the product available in the house for such cases in the future) I applied approximately half the bottle. It states not to apply in standing water, so it was a bit of a job to remove as much water from the sink as possible (always useful to have an old mug!). Advantages: fun family puzzle game. Disadvantages: dated graphics.

Well im back for another stroll down computer game memory lane, and ive got another relatively unknown game from a few years back.
After the release of Lemmings way back in 1991, it seemed like all games companies wanted a slice of the puzzle game cake, and thus lots and lots of different games came out, all with the same simple idea as Lemmings, Save a bunch of computer controlled charactures from certain death, by pulling off some fiendish puzzles.
One such game is Sink or Swim, realeased in 1993 by Zeppelin games, this is a platform puzzle game with more than a nod towards Lemmings, it also has a few elements of Krustys fun house and an old classic Lucasarts game called Night Shift.
The main storry is that you are Kevin Codner (Very cheesey name!) the captain of a ship, that has hit an iceburg ...
Advantages: Easy to use Disadvantages: Very expensive and caused a larger blockage

BLOCKAGE!
My kitchen sink was taking longer to drain each time I used it, until it was eventually taking about 30 minutes to drain completely.
My washing machine is plugged into the same drainage pipe and whenever I ran my washing machine the kitchen sink was filling up!
COST
I saw this on offer in my supermarket (Somerfield). I still thought it was shockingly expensive: it was £3.99 for 500ml but the bottle had 100% extra free, so it was £3.99 for 1L.
The high cost made me think it must really work!
The directions on the bottle said that you need to use the whole bottle (500ml), which makes it very expensive.
