This album is before Shania’s sexy makeover – and it’s not as good as Come On Over. Unfortunately, there’s no real upbeat tracks and nothing that particularly stands out – not even the bonus tracks from when this album was recently re-released. There’s nothing on it to familiarise yourself with the album either – no hit singles were ever released from it. It’s a good country album, with some great country tracks (and titles) like Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under? and God Bless This Child. The enhanced section is also very odd and badly put together. Overall, it’s nothing special, just a pleasant country album, but not anything the Shania of today would record.
