OK, well everyone who suffered my week of Atkins with me will be pleased to know that I have found light at the end of what seemed at the time to be a very long tunnel! (Those who haven't and wish to extend their sympathies can have a read of my review on Atkins, where it is all described in glorious ... or gory-ous detail!)
This light comes in the form of Slimming World, which I joined a few weeks ago and am frankly, happy to follow forever because this is the easiest diet I have ever done!
I don't believe that 'this diet is good' and 'that diet is bad', I think it is probably a case that certain diets suit certain people, according to food likes and dislikes, constitution etc. This diet suits me, my likes and dislikes and my constitution and lifestyle.
For those who haven't read my ops and thus gathered the picture very ...

Advantages: wide range of packages Disadvantages: finding a sales assistant is hard
My experience of PC World was quite pleasing.
I bought my first PC in march of this year. Not knowing much about computers myself it was a little daunting trying to decide what would best suit my needs. Luckily my brother in law is very knowledgable on the computer front so he gave me some info and told me what sort of questions to ask and the answers i should expect.
I went to PC World and although actually getting the attention of a sales assistant was a little difficult, once i had done that, i found that all my questions were answered well and the package i decided on was soon in my car and on its way home with me.
I was not talked out of buying the package i chose, nor was i talked into buying any expensive insurances, or items that i did not need. I was simply given the information i required to make a purchase. ...

Advantages: 'Woodface' includes some of the most sublime love songs ever written Disadvantages: It's all a bit much and much the same; the tracks that do dare to be different, don't fit
Although I will always consider Crowded House to be one of my ?Dad?s bands? I have to say that I?ve developed strong feelings for many of the groups songs over the years. Teenagers are funny like that; we?ll go off on our own tour of music, claiming that Eminem and Dr. Dre are ?da bomb? before realising it was The Beatles and folky bands like Fleetwood Mac and Crowded House that vied for our earphones all along.
On a couple of occasions, my Dad has bundled my Brother and I ? along with my Mum ? into the car and driven about two hours away to Nottingham in a vague attempt to educate us in terms of music. By doing so, he was making us watch the Finn Brothers, a song writing duo that have had a fairly rocky past.
