Another way of earning 'miles' is the 'Crowns ' system.
These are rewards for really good reviews that are nominated by members; being nominated doesn't mean that your review WILL receive a crown. The Dooyoo team make the final decision - I have so far earned one 'Crown' If you do earn a crown you receive 1500 Dooyoo 'miles'.
One thing I prefer on DooYoo to Ciao is the fact that it is easier to make suggestions for new reviews, I am still trying to do this on Ciao!!

Advantages: Its great to be able to get your own opinion out there on products! Disadvantages: Some people!
I joined DooYoo a few months ago when I found it on MoneySaving Expert. I'll be honest my first thought was I need the money, as I'm sure alot of people on there (if they're honest with you and themselves) thought. The fact you could get paid for writing reviews on the things you had for other people to read I thought was great.
I was an unemployed person at the time, and so as well as the extra money, it was also something good for me to do while my husband was out working and all the housework had been done.
When I first started out, I was reviewing everything that I owned, every single electrical item got a reviewing, as at first that was all I thought you could review. I must admit at first my reviews were only just above 150 words, not because I only wanted the money fast, but because I was finding it hard to find anything ...

is an additional award of 3500 miles (£3.50) and they are listed on the community page for a month. Aproximately 20 monthly awards are made this way. These reviews are also eligible to receive crowns although one award is independent of the other. If you can manage to get both you'll have grabbed £5 plus reads!
***Getting paid***
Another area in which Dooyoo out perform all sites of this nature is the payment zone. Whilst far from perfect it is for me, far preferential.
Your own profile page lists the miles you have accumulated and this links to they payment page where you will find your different options displayed.
Cash - The minimum amount of cash you can request is £50, but you will incur a £5 charge for any payments below £100. This might seem alot, but take it from me...it's not. I rang up enough for cash in less time ...
