...**Not Here To Please You**
I am a huge hadouken! fan and am trying to influence you to listen to their music. If right now you are thinking "Hey! its not out yet!", well a associate of mine works for Atlantic Records(just if you were wondering). Hadouken! are doing what no one has ever done before which is but an album on a USB stick. Could it be a Instant Hit?
I will now break the mixtape into 11 songs.
1. Leap of Faith - As you may know this is their new single and will be coming out to a record shop near you soon! Its the closest Hadouken! have been to traditional "Ball-out-Rock" which is putting the Indie Cindys in a mad mood. *9.0/10*
2. Bounce - This is an anthem despite the silly lyrics e.g. "The Bounce is the bestest dance in the whole wide world!". But with the mix of techno and rap this is a killer track. *8...

Take my breath away
Love me now, leave me never
Found a sacred place
Lost in your embrace
I want to stay in this forever”

ALIVE
*****
This song is a ballad and I can’t for the life of me understand why it has been put on a remix album as it seems totally out of place. It’s a miserable take on being happy just to be alive. The song is mainly piano based. The song sounds more like it would be at home on a Whitney Houston Love songs album. In my mind, a weak track, purely because of its existence on this album.
“Feeling lucky just to be here tonight
and happy just to be me and be alive
I guess I've found my way it's simple
when its right feeling lucky just to be here tonight and
happy just to be me and to be alive”

...I’m now going to share my inexplicable obsession with Mr Cornell Haynes a.k.a Nelly. I am amazed that this is my first review about anything Nelly-related. I had started to write one about both Nellyville and Country Grammar but I found it impossible to be unbiased. I’m confident that I’m able to be honest about my thoughts about the latest offering from the talented St. Louis rapper. Most people are aware that Nelly was first a member of the St. Lunatics, and made is the first rapper to make it as a solo star.
Da Derrty Versions (The Reinvention) is more than a mere remix album. It is the first that I’ve actually gone out and bought, and am happy to keep! Being a Nelly fan from the ‘EI‘ days I loved his songs in their original states, however Nelly (with some help from some friends) practically recreates his popular hits. Part...
