Young Ideas/Moments Together - Ray Anthony

...I seem to remember a review where how I spoke of Umbrella being such a smash hit because of the new take it took on romance, because we can all name plenty of songs where the artists sing about love, but there's only one song where they're swinging around umbrellas and inviting you underneath them. Not everything is about Rihanna though, although from the same audiance comes Ray Lavender with his debut single 'My Girl Gotta Girlfriend', that is one of the first songs I can ever remember to sing about the pure beauty of.. threesomes? Advantages: Summer '08 car fodder music
Disadvantages: Nearly 30, so must think he's becoming a man

...what has taken him so long to get his act together and slip this album out without much of a fanfare, especially seeing as an appearance of the album coinciding with his recent sex tape may have got him larger sales. That's correct, Ray J is a fully fledged porn star with the DVD release of his bedroom antics with ex-girlfriend and reality star, Kim Kardashian. Ray J is also a famous face on-screen for his acting ability, appearing alongside his sibling in 2001 kids-show, 'Moesha'.
